What is the most important thing in your life today
= My wife is the most important thing in my life
What do you hope to do when you retire = Already
retired - started second profession and loving it.
Most important lesson learned = Everything in life
has a cost. Sometimes what you believe in costs you what you thought
was a friend or loved one. But then you learn that if they were really
your friend and cared about you, they would accept your beliefs even if
they didn't agree with you. Social status means nothing if you stand
alone. My wife and I have a total respect for each others opinions
and respect each others views - even when we don't agree on most of them.
True friendship is something that is earned over years of mutual respect.
And if you're really lucky - your best friend is also the one you love
the most.
